Synergy RaD Drop-In Class Cards
and Session Registration

Important Information about Class Fees

Drop-In Classes: one-class costs $12, a 5-class card costs $45, and a 10-class card costs $85
Class cards may be used for any of our drop-in classes, and expire 9 months from the date of purchase. Drop-in cards may be used for BellyFit.

8-week Bellydance Sessions: Level 1 and Level 2 registration is $85 when paid one full week prior to the beginning of the session. After that, the fee is $95. Level 3 registration is $70.

We accept cash, check, and PayPal. Class registration fees and class cards are non-refundable. After we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Any bounced checks are subject to an additional $20 fee. If you have any questions about drop-in classes or sessions, send an email to sahira@synergyrad.com or call 309-530-7403.

Print and fill out the appropriate class registration form. The registration forms are in PDF format, which you can access using Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader, you can click here to download it for free.
