Welcome to Synergy Rhythm and Dance! I'm truly honored and overjoyed to share my love of rhythm and dance with the central Illinois community. I've had marvelous students of various ages, body types, and ethnicities, and we all have a great time together. We have a semi-annual showcase, and it's a great way to celebrate this art, watch excellent performances, and have fun!
